Vidin, Bulgaria

After sailing all night and part of the morning, we docked in Vidin (Vee den), Bulgaria. It was a very picturesque port village. Our walk to the medieval fortress "Baba Vida" was short and marked with a beautiful park, city wall remains, the remains of an old synagogue, and sculptures.

Unfortunately, the shopping thus far has been slim to none. What a bummer!!!
